By milling special malts, C. Thywissen offers the milling and bakery ingredients industries a whole range of products which we tailor exactly to our customers' special demands.

This allows them simplification and rationalization of their further processing, e.g. into bakery ingredients. As we use our own malt, our malt flours offer a high quality and safety standard. Consequently, the quality and acceptance of finished products can be further increased as a result of the exclusive use of natural raw materials. With breads and pastries this leads to improved freshness and a more intensive flavour.
